About me

Making contact – Curiosity – Discovering new things – Trying out the unknown – Being in motion – Finding things out – Being a companion. That’s what I enjoy!

After all the different training courses I have done, I have chosen to pursue the systemic approach because I feel that its values and methods offer the greatest possible space for self-determination and self-realisation. As a coach, counsellor and supervisor, I see myself as someone who offers ideas and orientation, while fully respecting the intuitive knowledge of what is right for people and what isn’t.

My systemic approach to work also includes the “hypnotherapy method” developed by Erickson, “nonviolent communication” as taught by Rosenberg, the “Embodiment” technique according to Storch/Tschacher, and behaviour therapy. I believe that this combination is the most coherent way to interact with people and the world around us, and make a worthwhile difference.

Since 2012, I have worked as a freelance coach, counsellor and supervisor and also in the field of systemic Employee and Assistance Programs on behalf of a leading institute specializing in mental health.

After living in Hamburg for 12 years, I returned to my hometown of Münster in 2017 together with my family.
