Counselling
Counselling serves to process complex and multifaceted issues that people face in their private lives. The depth and duration of the counselling process is more intense. At this stage, it might not yet be possible to clearly state what the main issue actually is.
The main focus is on the question, “Where do I go from here?”, i.e. towards a more desirable form of behaviour and experience in the future. Most of the time, it is not yet possible to state what the overall aim is, and this is worked on together. This service usually deals with personal issues.
